Our chefs have been trained personally by Kamal and Sudha Mehra, and our Executive Chef, Nitin Mehra, sets the menus in each location, providing something spectacular and inspired, whether at lunch or dinner. Our restaurants are filled with centuries-old Indian wood carvings, paintings, and intricate tapestries — all chosen personally by Kamal Mehra, who had an undeniable passion for South Asian art. It is our commitment to providing outstanding North Indian dishes, the careful selection of antique artwork that adorns our walls, and our family’s dedication to creating an open and friendly atmosphere that sets our restaurants apart.

BUTTER CHICKEN SAUCE

Rich, velvety and flavourful, our butter chicken sauce is made with our signature Garam Masala and contains no additives or preservatives. This gluten-free vegetarian sauce is suitable for vegetables, beef, chicken, seafood, paneer, and tofu dishes. Alternatively, our butter chicken sauce is also great on chicken wings, pizza crust, and poutine –– experiments are encouraged!

COCONUT KORMA SAUCE

A perfect blend of cumin, coriander, fresh ginger, and garlic saturate our smooth Coconut Korma Sauce. Free of additives, preservatives, and gluten, this delicious sauce is also vegetarian friendly. Our Coconut Korma is ideal with vegetable, seafood, and chicken dishes.
